    About the push-up bars

These non-slip push-up bars, sold as a pair, keep your wrists straight and let you go lower on every push-up. More range of motion, less pressure on your wrists.

    Why use push-up bars?

With your hands flat, your wrist bends sharply. With push-up bars, it stays in line with your forearm and you gain a few centimetres of depth to work your chest better.

Find them with our parallettes. To go further than push-ups, take a look at our wooden gymnastic rings.

    Why push-up bars?

    1. Your wrists stay in line. You grip a handle instead of bending your wrist back flat.

    2. A few extra centimetres. Your chest goes below your hands: every push-up works you harder.

    3. They stay put. Non-slip rubber base, stable on tiles and on wooden floors.

    4. More than push-ups. Core work, leg raises, mountain climbers: a firm base for your hands.

    5. 500 g in your bag. Light and compact: hotel, park, office, they go where you go.

    The push-up bars in short

    What are push-up bars for?

Push-up bars let you do deeper push-ups while keeping your wrists straight, and give you a firm base for core work.

    Who is it for?

For you if your wrists get tired doing push-ups on the floor, or if you want a very compact accessory to train anywhere.

    When should you use it?

In every push-up session, two to three times a week, and in your core circuits.

How to use the push-up bars

    1. Place them under your shoulders

Parallel to each other, a little wider than your shoulders, on a flat floor.

    2. Grip the handles

Wrists straight, firm grip. Brace your body from head to heels.

    3. Go lower

Let your chest drop below the level of your hands, elbows at about 45 degrees.

    4. Change the angle

Handles straight, in a V or close together: each position changes the angle you work at.

Frequently asked questions about the push-up bars

Push-up bars or parallettes: which should you choose?

Push-up bars are the most compact, ideal for push-ups. Parallettes are longer and more stable for the L-sit and the planche.

    Do they slip on tiles?

No, the rubber base grips on tiles and wooden floors. Keep the floor clean and dry.

Do they come as a pair?

Yes, one pair of push-up bars.

My wrists hurt on push-ups. Can these help?

Often, yes: the grip keeps your wrist straight instead of bending it to 90 degrees. If the pain continues, get advice from a professional.

    How long does delivery take?

Delivery time: 7 to 14 working days.
