Version in force on 19 October 2026.
These terms of sale apply to any order placed on the website tensiko.com by a consumer with Bilal El Boughlamy, sole trader trading under the name Tensiko, SIREN 884 423 138, with business premises at 138 avenue de Lodève, 34070 Montpellier, France, hereinafter "Tensiko".
Any order implies unreserved acceptance of the terms in force on the day of the order. Sales are limited to customers with a delivery address in metropolitan France, Germany, Ireland, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Sweden or the United Kingdom (excluding the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and the British Overseas Territories). The Italian municipalities of Livigno and Campione d'Italia, which are outside the customs territory of the European Union, are excluded from delivery.
The products offered are those shown on the website on the day you visit it, while stocks last. Each product page states the essential characteristics of the product, including its dimensions, its material and, where applicable, its maximum working load.
The photographs are as accurate as possible, but slight differences in colour may occur depending on the screen.
Prices are shown in the currency of the delivery country. VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Delivery is free on all orders, with no minimum order: the price shown on the product page is the total price to pay.
For deliveries to the United Kingdom, prices shown in pounds sterling include UK VAT at 20%. Tensiko's UK VAT registration is in progress.
The customer is not asked to pay any customs duties or clearance fees on delivery. If a carrier asks for such costs, Tensiko bears them.
Tensiko may change its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one shown when the order is confirmed.
The customer selects their products, checks the contents and total price of their cart, enters their details, accepts these terms and completes payment. The sale is concluded when payment is confirmed.
A confirmation email summarising the order is sent to the customer. Tensiko reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a previous dispute, suspected fraud or unavailability of the product. In the latter case, the customer is informed and refunded without delay.
Payment is due when the order is placed. It is made by one of the payment methods offered on the payment page at the time of the order. Payments are processed by secure payment providers. Tensiko never has access to full card details.
The products remain the property of Tensiko until the price has been paid in full.
The products are delivered to the address given when ordering, by standard delivery with tracking, within the delivery time shown on each product page and no later than 30 days after the order. An order may be delivered in several parcels. Full details are set out in the delivery policy.
In the event of a delay, the customer may ask Tensiko to deliver within a reasonable additional period. If delivery is not made within this new period, the customer may cancel the order and is refunded all sums paid no later than fourteen days afterwards.
The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the customer when they, or a third party designated by them, take physical possession of the parcel.
The customer has fourteen days from receipt of the product to withdraw, without having to give any reason. If the order is delivered in several parcels, the period runs from receipt of the last parcel. The customer informs Tensiko of their decision by email to contact@tensiko.com, using the form at the end of these terms, or online with the "Withdraw from contract here" feature, available at the bottom of every page of the website, in the "Legal information" section, and at tensiko.com/en/pages/online-withdrawal. After sending it online, the customer sees the content of their statement, its date and time, and Tensiko sends them an acknowledgement of receipt by email without delay, containing this information.
The customer sends the product back, to the address given in the returns policy, no later than fourteen days after their decision. The return costs are borne by the customer, except when the return is due to a faulty or non-conforming product or to an error by Tensiko: in that case they are borne by Tensiko. Tensiko refunds all sums paid within fourteen days of notification of the withdrawal. The refund may be deferred until the product has been received or until proof of its dispatch has been supplied.
The product must be returned complete. The customer may be held liable for any diminished value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature and proper functioning of the product.
Tensiko, as seller, is liable for lack of conformity of the goods under the conditions of Articles L. 217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, and for hidden defects under the conditions of Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code. Any claim under these guarantees is to be sent to: Bilal El Boughlamy EI (Tensiko), 138 avenue de Lodève, 34070 Montpellier, France, contact@tensiko.com.
The consumer has a period of two years from delivery of the goods to obtain the application of the legal guarantee of conformity in the event of a lack of conformity appearing. During this period, the consumer is only required to establish the existence of the lack of conformity and not the date on which it appeared.
Where the contract for the sale of the goods provides for the continuous supply of digital content or a digital service for a period exceeding two years, the legal guarantee applies to that digital content or digital service throughout the planned supply period. During this period, the consumer is only required to establish the existence of the lack of conformity affecting the digital content or digital service and not the date on which it appeared.
The legal guarantee of conformity obliges the trader, where applicable, to provide all updates necessary to maintain the conformity of the goods.
The legal guarantee of conformity entitles the consumer to the repair or replacement of the goods within thirty days of their request, free of charge and without major inconvenience to them.
If the goods are repaired under the legal guarantee of conformity, the consumer benefits from a six-month extension of the initial guarantee.
If the consumer requests the repair of the goods but the seller imposes replacement, the legal guarantee of conformity is renewed for a period of two years from the date of replacement of the goods.
The consumer may obtain a reduction in the purchase price while keeping the goods, or terminate the contract and obtain a full refund in exchange for returning the goods, if:
1. The trader refuses to repair or replace the goods;
2. The repair or replacement of the goods takes place after a period of thirty days;
3. The repair or replacement of the goods causes major inconvenience to the consumer, in particular where the consumer definitively bears the costs of taking back or removing the non-conforming goods, or bears the costs of installing the repaired or replacement goods;
4. The non-conformity of the goods persists despite the seller's unsuccessful attempt to bring them into conformity.
The consumer is also entitled to a reduction in the price of the goods or to termination of the contract where the lack of conformity is so serious that it justifies an immediate price reduction or termination of the contract. The consumer is then not required to request the repair or replacement of the goods beforehand.
The consumer is not entitled to termination of the sale if the lack of conformity is minor.
Any period during which the goods are out of use for repair or replacement suspends the remaining guarantee period until delivery of the repaired goods.
The rights mentioned above result from the application of Articles L. 217-1 to L. 217-32 of the French Consumer Code.
A seller who obstructs in bad faith the application of the legal guarantee of conformity is liable to a civil fine of up to 300,000 euros, which may be increased to 10% of average annual turnover (Article L. 241-5 of the French Consumer Code).
The consumer also benefits from the legal guarantee against hidden defects under Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code, for a period of two years from discovery of the defect. This guarantee entitles the consumer to a price reduction if the goods are kept, or to a full refund in exchange for returning the goods.
To exercise a guarantee, the customer writes to contact@tensiko.com stating their order number and attaching photographs of the defect. The cost of returning a non-conforming product is borne by Tensiko.
Consumers resident in the United Kingdom also benefit from their rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
The products are intended for sport. The customer undertakes to read the instructions, to respect the stated maximum load and to check the condition of the product before each use.
Products that are fixed in place (wall, ceiling or door pull-up bars, rings, straps) must be installed on a suitable surface capable of bearing the load, with fixings suited to the material of that surface. If in doubt, the customer should call on a professional.
Tensiko cannot be held liable for damage resulting from installation or use that does not comply with the instructions provided. This clause does not limit the customer's rights under the statutory guarantees.
Tensiko is not liable for failure to perform its obligations where this results from force majeure within the meaning of Article 1218 of the French Civil Code.
The data collected when ordering are processed in accordance with the privacy policy available on the website.
The content of the website remains the exclusive property of Tensiko. The purchase of a product does not transfer any rights to this content.
For any complaint, the customer contacts customer service at contact@tensiko.com. Tensiko undertakes to reply as soon as possible and to seek an amicable solution with the customer.
These terms are governed by French law. If the customer is a consumer habitually resident in another Member State of the European Union, such as Ireland, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland or Sweden, the mandatory consumer protection rules of that State continue to apply. In the event of a dispute, the customer may bring a claim, at their choice, before the court of the place where they lived at the time the contract was concluded or the harmful event occurred, or before any court having jurisdiction under the French Code of Civil Procedure.
If the customer is a consumer habitually resident in the United Kingdom, the choice of French law does not deprive them of the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of their part of the United Kingdom (England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland), in particular the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. They may bring proceedings before the courts of their part of the United Kingdom.
Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.
