Returns and right of withdrawal

Your deadline

You have fourteen days from receipt of your order to change your mind, without having to give any reason. If your order is delivered in several parcels, the period runs from receipt of the last parcel.

How to return a product

1. Write to contact@tensiko.com with your order number and the product concerned. You may also use the withdrawal form attached to the terms of sale, or withdraw online with the "Withdraw from contract here" feature at the bottom of every page of the site (tensiko.com/en/pages/online-withdrawal): the page displays the content of your statement, its date and time, and you receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email.
2. We confirm receipt of your request and explain the next steps.
3. Send the product back within fourteen days of your request, to the following address: Tensiko, Bilal El Boughlamy EI, 138 avenue de Lodève, 34070 Montpellier, France.
4. Keep the proof of postage.

Condition of the product

The product must be returned complete, with its accessories and instructions, preferably in its original packaging. You may examine it as you would in a shop. A product that is damaged, soiled or used beyond this simple examination may result in a reduced refund.

Return costs

The return costs are borne by you. They are borne by us when the return is due to a faulty product, a product that does not match your order, or an error on our part.

Refund

We refund you all sums paid within fourteen days of your request. The refund may be deferred until we have received the product or until you have supplied proof that you have sent it. It is made using the means of payment used when placing the order.

Faulty or incorrect product

If the product you receive is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, write to contact@tensiko.com with your order number and photographs. The statutory guarantees apply: the product is repaired or replaced, or refunded if neither is possible. In this case, the return costs are borne by us.

Exchanges

To exchange a product for another size or model, return it following the procedure above and place a new order.
