Tensiko, calisthenics and street workout equipment

Tensiko sells calisthenics and street workout equipment for training at home, in the park or at the gym. Every product has one simple aim: to help you progress with bodyweight training, from your first pull-up to advanced skills.

The foundation of training is pull-up bars and dip bars: with them, you train your back, arms, shoulders and chest. Parallettes let you do deep push-ups, the L-sit and handstands. Gymnastic rings require more stability and make every exercise more demanding.

When bodyweight is no longer enough, weighted calisthenics takes over: a dip belt for pull-ups and dips, a weighted vest for full sessions. Resistance bands do the opposite: they assist you on movements you haven't mastered yet, such as the pull-up or the muscle-up.

Calisthenics accessories complete the set: grip tape for a slippery bar, exercise mats to protect the floor, an ab wheel for core work.

Why bodyweight? Because very little equipment gives you an almost endless progression: each skill you master prepares the next, from core work to the front lever, from the push-up to the handstand. Solid equipment, suited to your space and your level, lets you train regularly, with no membership and no waiting for a machine.

Equipment isn't everything. In our guides, you'll find skill-by-skill progressions, programmes and advice on choosing the right equipment for your level. And if you're not sure, get in touch and we'll reply. You'll find the full range under calisthenics equipment.

    Frequently asked questions

What equipment do you need to start calisthenics?

A pull-up bar is enough to start: it covers pull-ups, dead hangs and core work. Add parallettes or push-up bars for push-ups and low dips, and a resistance band for assistance if you can't do a full pull-up yet. The rest will come with your goals.

What is the difference between street workout and calisthenics?

Calisthenics means bodyweight training: pull-ups, dips, push-ups, squats, static holds. Street workout is the outdoor version, on park bars, often with a focus on skills and freestyle. The equipment is the same.

    How long does delivery take?

How do I return a product?

You have 14 days after delivery to change your mind. Email us at contact@tensiko.com with your order number. You pay the return costs, unless the product is faulty, not as described, or the mistake is ours. Refund within 14 days of your request. Details on the Returns and right of withdrawal page.

Gymnastic rings or pull-up bar: which first?

The pull-up bar, in most cases: it's stable and lets you progress quickly on pull-ups. Rings come next, or first if you can't fix anything to your walls at home: they hang from a park bar, a beam or a swing frame, and make every exercise more demanding.
