Delivery countries

Tensiko delivers to metropolitan France, Germany, Ireland, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Sweden and the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland; we don't deliver to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or the British Overseas Territories).

In Italy, we don't deliver to Livigno or Campione d'Italia: these two municipalities are outside the customs territory of the European Union. If we receive an order for one of these addresses, we cancel it and refund it in full.

Delivery time

The delivery time depends on the warehouse the product ships from. It includes order processing and transport, and runs from the date of your order.

Delivery to metropolitan France

• products shipped from a warehouse in the European Union: 3 to 14 working days, depending on the product;
• products shipped from China: 7 to 14 working days;
• wall-mounted pull-up bars with brackets and with neutral grip, shipped from China: 10 to 20 working days.

Delivery to Germany

• products shipped from a warehouse in Germany: 4 to 10 working days;
• products shipped from a warehouse in Spain: 8 to 14 working days;
• products shipped from China: 7 to 14 working days.

Delivery to Ireland

• products shipped from a warehouse in the European Union: 7 to 11 working days, depending on the product;
• products shipped from China: 15 to 25 working days;
• wall-mounted pull-up bars with brackets and with neutral grip, shipped from China: 16 to 29 working days.

Delivery to Spain

• products shipped from a warehouse in the European Union: 3 to 13 working days, depending on the product;
• products shipped from China: 8 to 15 working days;
• wall-mounted pull-up bars with brackets and with neutral grip, shipped from China: 10 to 20 working days.

Delivery to Italy

• products shipped from a warehouse in the European Union: 3 to 13 working days, depending on the product;
• products shipped from China: 9 to 20 working days;
• wall-mounted pull-up bars with brackets, with neutral grip and with dip station, shipped from China: 11 to 24 working days.

Delivery to the Netherlands

• products shipped from a warehouse in the European Union: 4 to 11 working days, depending on the product;
• products shipped from China: 6 to 17 working days.

Delivery to Poland

• products shipped from a warehouse in the European Union: 4 to 11 working days, depending on the product;
• products shipped from China: 7 to 18 working days.

Delivery to Sweden

• products shipped from a warehouse in the European Union: 5 to 10 working days, depending on the product;
• products shipped from China: 9 to 24 working days.

Delivery to the United Kingdom

• products shipped from China: 6 to 16 working days, depending on the product.

Some products can't be delivered to Germany, Ireland, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Sweden or the United Kingdom: they aren't offered to customers in those countries.

The delivery time for each product is shown on its product page. If your order contains products shipped from different warehouses, you'll receive several parcels, each with its own delivery time. In all cases, the order is delivered no later than 30 days after it is confirmed.

Delivery costs

Delivery is free on all orders, with no minimum order.

Taxes and customs

You will not be asked to pay any customs duties or clearance fees on delivery. If a carrier asks you for such costs, write to contact@tensiko.com: these costs are borne by us and will be refunded to you.

For deliveries to the United Kingdom, the prices shown include UK VAT at 20% (UK VAT registration in progress), and you will not be asked to pay any duties or fees on delivery. To keep each parcel under £135 excluding VAT, the quantity per order may be limited for some products.

Order tracking

An email with the tracking number is sent as soon as your order is shipped. An order containing several products may be delivered in several parcels.

Receiving your parcel

When you receive your parcel, check the condition of the packaging and the product. If the parcel is damaged or incomplete, report it as soon as possible to contact@tensiko.com, with your order number and photographs. This report makes it easier to handle your request and does not limit your rights under the statutory guarantees.

Delay, lost parcel or incorrect address

If your order has not arrived within the stated delivery time, write to contact@tensiko.com. An investigation is opened with the carrier. If the parcel is declared lost, you choose between a new shipment and a refund.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the address entered. If a parcel is returned because the address is incorrect or because it was not collected, the cost of reshipping may be charged to the customer.
