Offset Wall Mounted Pull Up Bar with Brackets
196,90 €
This wall-mounted pull-up bar fixes into a load-bearing wall and holds the bar away from it on two brackets. Your head clears the bar easily: you do full pull-ups, chin over the bar.
Unlike a door pull-up bar, it stays in place and doesn't depend on your door frame. The offset frees up the space in front of the wall for pull-ups, leg raises and dead hangs.
Fix it only into a solid load-bearing wall (concrete or solid brick), never into plasterboard or a hollow partition wall. Test the bar with both hands before your first session.
It's part of our range of pull-up bars. Want to vary your grips? Take a look at our multi-grip wall-mounted pull-up bar with 6 handles.

The bar sits away from the wall. Your head goes over without touching the wall: full pull-ups, chin over the bar.
A straight bar, nothing in the way. Wide, narrow, overhand or underhand grip: put your hands wherever you want.
Hang your accessories from it. Rings, resistance bands or a punch bag hang straight from the bar.
No floor space needed. Everything's on the wall. Your room stays clear for the rest of your session.
A wall-mounted pull-up bar lets you do your pull-ups, dead hangs and leg raises at home, every day, without going to the park.
For you if you can drill into a load-bearing wall and want a solid bar to progress on, from band-assisted beginner to full pull-ups.
In every pulling session, two to three times a week. And in between, a few dead hangs to decompress your back.
A solid load-bearing wall, concrete or solid brick. Never a plasterboard partition.
When you hang with straight arms, your feet don't touch the floor. At the top, your head gets over the bar without touching the ceiling.
Mark the holes level, drill, insert the wall plugs and tighten each bracket fully.
Hang gently, then pull. Nothing should move. Check the screws again from time to time.
No. Plasterboard can't take the force of pull-ups. You need a load-bearing wall made of concrete or solid brick.
High enough that your feet don't touch the floor when you hang with straight arms, and low enough that your head gets over the bar without touching the ceiling.
Yes, with straps or a suitable chain. Because the bar sits away from the wall, the bag hangs without touching it.
In concrete, yes. In solid brick, an ordinary hammer drill is usually enough.
